SHOPPING 101-MO'S HOLIDAY BLOG #3

HOLIDAY DECORATION FOR THE DAY:

They just don't miss a beat when it comes to sports merchandise.  Not an LSU fan?  Then get off my Blog Site.  Just kidding. This web site contains almost  every school you could possible be pulling  for.  Now, wouldn't this just look dandy on a Motorcoach's door for tailgating.

$40.95.
I myself  would have to spruce this up a little with a color cordinated bow.  Wish I could just purchase the Snowmen.  Guess I better be politcally correct and say Snowman and Snowwomen.  WHATEVER!  Dang I wish I could KNIT.

HOLIDAY RECIPE FOR THE DAY:

Puff Pastry Meatball Marinara Bites
from one of my many blogs I follow Serious Eats-you can link to it on my blog list on the right.  Great Recipes!

1 package Pepperidge Farm Mini Puff Pastry Shells
1 can or jar Garlic Marinara Sauce
Block Mozzarella cheese
Meatballs (frozen, precooked. Either store bought or homemade – you’ll need 1 meatball for every two bites)
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Cook meatballs until heated through. Carefully remove tops of each mini puff pastry shell. Spoon in 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce. Gently stuff 1/2 of a meatball into each shell. Top with a small slice of mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for just a few minutes, until cheese is melted.
I’ve enjoyed bring you my recipe and experience with mini puff pastry shells in this post, sponsored by Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry.

By the looks of my closet you would think that I live in Alaska.  I love coats, scarfs, wraps etc.  Never understood why I live in the South as I enjoy summer for all of about 2 weeks, then I'm done.  I found this site and sure enough I could have sunk a GRAND pretty quick. Two items that caught my attention were the adorable winter accessories.  PRETTY CUTE AND VERY ORIGINAL!

Gift Certificate Idea for the Day:   http://www.target.com/
"Look at the cute little Gingerbread Men"  You know you can't go wrong with that.  I bet your going to TARGET today.  While your checking out at the register just swing around and grab one on the cute designs.  Go home, wrap it and tape a label on the back saying what it is and how much.  Start your stack of gifts and when it gets closer to Christmas you can assign it to someone of your list.  If you find something else for that special person you can just turn around and use it for some groceries or something.   THE BOTTOM LINE IS that you already HAVE IT and you can scratch something from your "To Do List.

This is a PERFECT GIFT- I MUST SAY SO MYSELF
